Organic Lemon grass leaves are popular for use in herbal teas, Curry and are often used both fresh and dried. They are particularly compatible with mint, and can be combined with other herbs that have a lemon-like scent (such as lemon balm and lemon verbena) to create a delicious blend. When using, chopping with scissors will bring out the best of the aroma. In cooking, they are often used in Southeast Asian dishes such as Vietnam and Thailand India, Sri lanka to flavor curries and tom yum goong, and go well with the flavors of coconut milk and fish sauce.
